FAQs


What are your delivery terms?

We have a standard delivery charge of £2.95 per order in the UK. We offer FREE delivery for UK orders Over £40. We use a carrier service and Royal Mail depending on the item sent.

Items usually arrive within 5 working days of dispatch and we aim to dispatch the same or Next Working day (Monday to Friday)

Non UK delivery is based on order weight.

Please Note We are in the process of reviewing our international prices if you get to checkout and discover a delivery charge that you believe to be incorrect PLEASE don't hesitate to contact us with the item you require and where you would like it sending to. We will be happy to provide our most up to date postage cost.

When will my items arrive?

We aim to dispatch all items on the same or next working day. Items are estimated to arrive within 5 Working days of Dispatch (Within the UK). We will send you an email confirmation that your item(s) have been dispatched and any tracking information we have available.

I am unhappy with my order what should I do?

We are happy to offer a full refund on receipt of returned item/s. We offer a 30 day returns window. If you decide after receiving your goods you wish to return them please email us at fairywingsandthings@thecws.plus.com preferably within 14 days from receipt of goods. We will contact you as soon as possible with return instructions. Postage for return of unwanted goods is at your own expense. Please try to return goods in the original packaging.

My item has arrived damaged will you offer a refund?

We are sorry your goods have been damaged in transit and we aim to solve your problem as soon as possible. Please email us at ian.fairywingsandthings@gmail.com   We will be happy to accept return of the damaged item with a full refund. The postage back will need to be paid by yourselves initially but we will refund this once we have received back your item/s.

My item has not arrived, what should I do?

We apologise for the non receipt of your item/s, unfortunately occasionally parcels are lost. However we ask that you please wait up to 2 weeks for delivery. If your items have still not arrived we will be happy to offer a replacement (When possible) or full refund. Please contact us at fairywingsandthings@thecws.plus.com  with details of your undelivered order.

Do your prices include VAT?

We are a small company and are not VAT registered so VAT is not included in our prices. We are complying with UK Tax laws at the present time.

Is your payment process secure?

Yes!

Our preferred payment Gateway is by Shopify Payments powered by Stripe.

We have decided to also offer PayPal in our checkout process. You do NOT have to be a member of PayPal to use the checkout: PayPal will accept your card details without the need for you to sign up for their service.

Are all your items New?

Yes!

Please NOTE:  We randomly check goods before they are dispatched, if you require an item to be unopened please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Occasionally if the item is the last we have in stock it may have been on display in our shop, we guarantee it will be in perfect condition when dispatched to you. Items will be packaged in their original boxes where possible.

How about custom charges when shipping Internationally?

We always put accurate details on any required custom declaration and any charges and/or import duty imposed by the destination country is the responsibility of the recipient. 

Please check your the regulations regarding your country for information on relevant charges. We understand at present all European Union Countries apply a free trade agreement, however we are not responsible for the accuracy of this information.
